What should I do if my prize coupon is selected?
If your coupon number is selected as a winner, you need to submit the required information along with a clear photo of the relevant bill or invoice. The submitted details and documents are verified before the prize claim is processed.

Any prize already paid may also be recovered, and legal action may be taken according to the prevailing laws of Nepal.
